Beta tested, ready to ride along
Takes care of everything so you can ride your horse.
Everything about your horse in one place — shots, worming, farrier dates, papers, and what he's cost you this year. One link for whoever's feeding while you're away.
Sound familiar?
The questions that keep coming up
You don't wake up thinking "I need horse management software." You think:
All of it, in one place.
What it does
Everything about your horse in one place
Shots, worming, farrier dates, weight, photos, and papers — all in the one spot you'll actually check.
Before things come due
An email lands before the Coggins expires, not after you've been turned away at the gate.
Papers that don't expire on you
Coggins, health certificates, registration. Upload once, get warned before they lapse.
What he actually costs
Log the vet bill, the feed, the farrier. See the year at a glance — most people have never added it up.
Every number you need
Vet, farrier, dentist, hauler — with the emergency vet marked so you're not searching at 2am.
Your dogs and barn cats too
Their shots and vet visits live here as well — not just the horses.
Photos, dated
Worth more than you'd think — a hoof through an abscess, a leg healing week by week, how much he's changed since spring.
The thing nobody else does well
A link for whoever's feeding
Going away? Send one link. They see the feed, the meds, the turnout, and the vet's number. No login, no app to download, and it stops working when you say so.
Included free
Track every pregnancy

Entries, classes and ring times in one place, with your Coggins and health papers tracked against the show date. Know your papers are good before you load the trailer, not at the gate.
Lessons
For barns teaching as a business. Scheduling, lesson packages that count themselves down, and a straight answer to who's paid and who hasn't.
Find good help
Free, on every plan. A fencer, a well guy, an electrician who's actually worked around horses — with reviews from barns near you. Because the hardest part of owning a farm isn't the horses.
The full barn version
For boarding and training operations. Feed charts, shift handover, stall assignments, staff, clients and billing. Everything above, plus the parts that only matter when it's your livelihood.

Questions
Before you start
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days with everything switched on, and we don't ask for a card to start. If you subscribe before it's up, nothing changes — you just carry on.
What happens when the trial ends?
The barn goes read-only. Everything you've put in is still there and nothing is deleted — you can look at all of it, you just can't add or change anything until you subscribe.
What does it cost?
$15 a month, or $150 a year. That covers up to five horses, so if you pick up another one or two, the price doesn't move.
What if I have more than five horses?
$2.50 a month for each additional horse. No plan to upgrade to — it just adjusts.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the barn goes read-only.
What if I start boarding or training for other people?
There's a bigger version with clients, staff, stall charts and invoicing. You can switch to it whenever you need it — nothing you've already put in gets lost.
Is my card safe?
We never see it. Card details go straight to Stripe, who handle payments for millions of businesses. Workhorse only ever gets told whether a payment worked.
